The Mildura Region is well serviced by road, rail and air transport, with significant capacity for expansion.

The Mildura Region is currently serviced by teh Yelta (Mildura) rail line, which connects Mildura to Melbourne and Geelong via Ballarat.

The rail line is a broad gauge connection from Ballarat except for a short duel gauge section between Maryborough and Dunolly.

The Mildura Region’s highway and main road network are generally of a very good standard, and all declared roads are approved for B-Double use.

* Mildura Rural City Council has developed a hierarchy for the local road network, ensuring capital and maintenance works target the most important locations.

The Mildura Airport is Victoria’s largest and busiest regional airport; acting as a major gateway to the region for many business travellers from Australia and abroad.

The airport is located on 240 hectares of land, which offers available property for industrial and commercial development in the future.

The Airport draws passengers from Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
